How fast do ready to ship items ship?
Ready to ship items ship the next business day.
As of March 12th please allow 3-4 weeks before shipping. You will be notified via email when they ship with the tracking number. Due to an overwhelming amount of messages inquiring about shipping dates I am unable to respond as quickly as I would like. The answer to these inquiries can be found by adding 6-8 weeks to the date you placed your order. Please try to only message me if there are issues with your order, you are requesting a return/exchange, interested in a custom orders, or question about your order unrelated to shipping dates.
What does turn around time mean?
The turn around time is the amount of time it takes for me to receive the supplies needed for your order, complete all the orders previous to yours, start and finish you order and then ship it. Shipping time after the turn around time is generally 3-5 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Any order cancellations must be requested within two hours of placing the order. Any order cancellation requests afterward will be denied.
To make an exchange, message me first to approve the exchange or else it will not be completed. Upon approval, ship the item to 419 South Park Street, Dahlonega GA 30533. Provide the tracking number and once the order is in my hands and I can confirm the condition your order will be exchanged.
*Products must have only been used or worn to try on! Any visible wear or usage will not be exchanged*
*The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer, shipping of the newly exchanged item back will be covered by the shop.*

What does the cost of Hey Dudes include?
The purchase price of Hey Dudes includes a new blank shoe, shipping cost of the shoe to me, and customization.
What is the sizing for Hey Dudes?
Hey Dudes only come in full sizes, however women's tend to run slightly large, while men's tend to run slightly small.
How can I place a custom order?
There is a limited number of available custom order spots per month, please keep an eye out on our Instagram or Facebook page for announcements when custom spots open up.
Why does my preorder look different than the image on the ad?
We use genuine cowhide for our products, and all of our products are handmade, therefore there will always be some variation in products.
How are your custom Hey Dudes attached?
All of our custom Hey Dudes are hand cut and trimmed, glued and them machine stitched.

Cowhide, or embossed leather Hey Dudes are $120
Custom or Leather tooled Hey Dudes are $145
(Any custom design you have not seen previously provided by us must be handtooled on leather)
